Spain's Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez participated today, Monday, in the United Nations Conference on Climate Change, COP27, which is held in Sharm El-Sheikh until November 18.

The conference is going to argue the need not to sustain efforts in the fight against the climate, and to strengthen an international coalition to confront drought.

The Spanish newspaper "El Mundo" said that the launch of this "international coalition for resilience against drought", which Sanchez defends with the President of Senegal, Macky Sall, will take its form today and this violation will be launched in cooperation with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification.

The Spanish newspaper pointed out that the goal of an alliance against drought is to create a political platform that brings together existing initiatives at the international, regional, national, and local levels in this regard with the aim of creating flexibility mechanisms that allow countries with large populations, more prepared to confront drought.
