The President of the Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, arrived today, Wednesday, in St. Petersburg to participate in the second Russia-Africa summit.
The office of the President, Cyril Ramaphosa, stated on its website, that “President Cyril Ramaphosa arrived in St. Petersburg to lead his country’s delegation participating in the second Russia-Africa summit, which will be held on July 27-28, 2023.”
The office indicated that the summit is scheduled to consider four “statements” declarations, and a three-year plan of action aimed at strengthening cooperation between Russia and African countries in the fields of politics, security, trade, science, information technology, humanitarian support, education, culture, sports, youth, the environment, and others.
