Sudanese Prime Minister, Dr. Abdullah Hamdok, received a phone call from President of Somalia, Muhammad Abdullah Farmajo.
During this phone call, the President of Somalia expressed his condolences to the Prime Minister and the Sudanese people over the victims of the flood disaster that hit large parts of the country.
The Somali President affirmed his country's solidarity and supporting the government and people of Sudan, in order to overcome this difficult ordeal.
On his part, the Sudanese Prime Minister expressed his deep appreciation to the leadership and people of Somalia, especially for the initiative in which the Somali Cabinet exempted Sudanese nationals in Somalia from paying fines.
