The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) monitored on Tuesday, a violent explosion that hit the city of Tal Abyad, which is under the control of the Turkish forces and the factions loyal to them in the northern countryside of Raqqa, Syria.
The explosion took place in a market near the municipality roundabout within the city, which caused casualties, as three people were killed and wounded Seven others were injured, as a preliminary outcome. No confirmed information was received until now whether the explosion was carried out by a suicide bomber who detonated himself with an explosive belt, or if it was caused by the explosion of an explosive device by a person who was intending to plant it in the area.
Earlier this month, SOHR monitored the killing of a leader in the "First Corps" of the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army, as a result of being shot by unidentified gunmen in the city of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Raqqa.
SOHR also monitored an explosion that hit the city of Ras al-Ain, which is under the control of the Turkish forces and the factions loyal to them in the countryside of Hasakah, caused by an explosive device that exploded in a car.
