Snapchat Down for Thousands of Users Worldwide

Thousands of Snapchat users reported access issues while trying to use the app on Thursday.

Only Android users reported that the app keeps crashing, complaining that it is not working properly.

Some people are also receiving an error message when trying to open Snapchat, as the app glitches and shuts itself down again rather than opening as normal.

Snapchat has previously revealed its plan to roll out a feature that will allow you to change your username.

The new feature will allow users to change their usernames easily without creating a new account. They will still have access to old friends lists, Snap scores, Snap codes, and memories. However, you will only get one chance to change your username per year.
