Civil protection forces managed on Saturday to control a small blaze that broke out in a room located near Al-Ahly Sporting Club (SC) branch in Nasr City.
No human or material losses have been reported.
Last March, Al Ahly's board of directors, headed by the club's president Mahmoud El-Khatib, opened the club's branch in Luxor.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Egypt's Sports' and Youth Minister Dr.Ashraf Sobhy, as well as a galaxy of the club's notable icons and public figures.
