South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol and Governor of Arkansas in United States (US) Sarah Huckabee Sanders discussed ways to strengthen the alliance between both countries.
Sanders is visiting Seoul as part of a bilateral trade mission to South Korea and Japan.
During the meeting, Yoon said: “Just as the 70-year alliance between South Korea and the United States is developing into a comprehensive global partnership, I hope that cooperation between South Korea and Arkansas will deepen in many ways.”
Moreover, Sanders praised the recent progress witnessed in the alliance between the two countries, expressing her hope that “more Korean companies will make their way to Arkansas."
