President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed Gaza ceasefire agreement, after over a year of tireless efforts mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and United States.
In a statement on his official social media accounts, President El-Sisi said,"With this agreement, I emphasize the importance of accelerating the delivery of urgent humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza to address the current catastrophic humanitarian situation without any obstacles."
"This effort must continue until sustainable peace is achieved through the two-state solution, ensuring stability, security, and development for the entire region in a world that accommodates all," he added.
Moreover, President Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's unwavering commitment to supporting just peace, being a sincere partner in its realization, and defending the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
