Sisi: We aim to make people's lives simpler & better

On Sunday, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said that all state institutions are keen to ensure that the personal status law is balanced for the mother and father. 

Sisi added that Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed Al-Tayyeb contacted him about the draft Personal Status Law prepared by Al-Azhar. He saluted Al-Tayyeb for what Al-Azhar achieved about this project, continuing: "The goal is to make people's lives simpler and better."  

He added: “We are keen to hear from everyone, community dialogue, and we reach conclusions that satisfy all demands properly." During the celebration of the Egyptian woman and honoring them on Mother's Day, the president greeted all Egyptian mothers. 

He confirmed that the state has moved a great deal in the "Decent Life" project in order to support Egyptian women. He confirmed that he launched this initiative for the benefit of the mother and her children, stressing the need to preserve women's rights.

Earlier on Sunday, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi congratulated every Egyptian mother on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

On his official Facebook page, the president said: “On her feast, I congratulate every Egyptian mother, to those who carry the highest meanings of life of loyalty, patience and sacrifice. I congratulate that flowing tenderness that carries warmth and security with a mixture of strength.”
