President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is expected to receive, Saturday, the 22 royal mummies- 18 kings and four queens, at their new resting place; the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

The Pharaohs' Golden Parade is expected to kick off at seven pm (CLT) from Tahrir Square, Downtown Cairo, to the new newly-established National Museum of Egyptian Civilization; 5km away.

The royal mummies will be transported with great fanfare in chronological order of their reigns - from the 17th Dynasty ruler, Seqenenre Taa II, to Ramses IX, who reigned in the 12th Century BC, according to the BBC.
