Sisi Sends Condolences over Malian President Death

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent his condolences over the death of former Malian President Amadou Toumani Toure.

Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Rady said that President Sisi his expressed his sincere condolences to the Malian people and to all African brothers over the death of the former president.

Sisi added that Toure was considered one of the most prominent African leaders who called for initiatives that enhance the stability and the prosperity of the countries of the continent.

The Egyptian president continued that "We will not Egypt will not forget the efforts of the deceased president in strengthening the bonds of bilateral relations between Egypt and Mali."

He also praised the prominent role of the the Malian president in the advancement of Mali through many projects and development initiatives in all fields.

He concluded: "May God have mercy on the deceased prisednt and inspire his family patience and solace.
