President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met on Saturday with First Vice President of South Sudan Riek Machar to discuss Cairo’s efforts to enforce the South Sudan peace agreement.
"Director of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service (GIS) Abbas Kamel attended the meeting," Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.
Sisi and Machar probed means to energize bilateral ties between the two countries,
They also shed light on Egypt’s great efforts to put the South Sudan peace deal into effect to bring about peace, stability, development, and prosperity in South Sudan.
