President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received on Wednesday credentials of six newly appointed ambassadors to Egypt, according to Presidency Spokesman Bassam Rady.

The president welcomed the new diplomats, wishing them success in their diplomatic mission in Cairo.

“The president reiterated Egypt’s keenness on boosting cooperation with their countries in all domains,” Rady added.

The new ambassadors represent Guinea, Tanzania, Senegal, Latvia, Bahrain, and Russia.

In December 2019, nine new ambassadors from the United States of America, Angola, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Belarus, Rwanda, Algeria, Sri Lanka, and Cyprus submitted their credentials too to Sisi.

In September, the Egyptian president received accreditations of ten new ambassadors from Ukraine, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, China, Germany, Estonia, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece and Singapore.
