President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Wednesday the credentials of 24 new ambassadors including Qatar's ambassador Salem bin Mubarak Al Shafi, marking the start of their diplomatic missions in Cairo, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.
"The President wished them success in their work in Egypt, stressing keenness to strengthen bilateral relations with their countries in all fields," Rady said.
The new ambassadors are from Tajikistan, Mauritius, India, Bulgaria, Mozambique, Nigeria, Burundi, Sweden, Ghana, Mauritania, Germany, Malaysia, Uruguay, Qatar, Lithuania, Norway, Chad, Djibouti, United Kingdom, Finland, the Philippines, Malpes, Botswana and Moldova.
