President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi praised the development of relations between China and Arab countries in all fields, stating, "We commend China's supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and the ceasefire in Gaza."

During his speech at the opening of the Arab-Chinese Forum, President El-Sisi added, "I call on all active members of the international community to assume their moral and legal responsibilities to stop the brutal Israeli war and to work without delay for the immediate and sustainable delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza."

President El-Sisi urged the international community to put an end to the Israeli blockade and to counter all attempts of forced displacement of Palestinians from their lands, emphasizing that the only way to achieve the desired regional and international peace and stability is through a comprehensive resolution of the roots of the Palestinian issue.

President El-Sisi said that it is necessary to commit seriously and immediately to the two-state solution and to recognize the Palestinians' legitimate right to obtain their independent state.

He pointed out that the regular periodic convening of the forum reflects the mutual keenness to strengthen Arab-Chinese institutional relations, adding, "We are keen to enhance aspects of joint technical cooperation in addressing challenges related to global economic governance, technology transfer and localization, combating climate change, and ensuring water security."

President El-Sisi continued, "For more than ten years, we have called on the Ethiopian government to engage in good faith with Egypt and Sudan to reach a legally binding agreement. I reiterate the importance of placing the issue of Arab water security at the top of future cooperation priorities, given the risks it poses that amount to an existential threat. We will not allow anything that could jeopardize the security and stability of our countries and peoples."

President El-Sisi pointed out that Arab-Chinese political relations are based on several solid foundations, foremost among them the mutual concern for the security, stability, and interests of the peoples.

Moreover, he stressed that there are challenges and dangers that necessitate mobilizing cooperation capabilities among various friends in the international community.
