Sisi Offers Condolences to Qatari Emir in Doha

At Lusail Palace in Doha, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

During the meeting, Sisi extended his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy on the passing of the late Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, praying to Almighty God to bestow His infinite mercy upon the deceased and to grant the brotherly Qatari people patience and solace.

Mohamed El-Shennawy, Official Presidential Spokesperson, stated that President Sisi reaffirmed the Arab Republic of Egypt’s unwavering solidarity and support—both leadership and people—for the leadership and people of the brotherly State of Qatar during this painful time.

The Official Spokesperson added that the President praised the extensive, lifelong contributions of the late Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani in driving development, progress, and prosperity across the brotherly State of Qatar.

Moreover, Sisi prayed to God Almighty to protect the State of Qatar from all harm and to sustain its security, stability, and prosperity under the wise leadership of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
