President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent, on Wednesday, a message of condolences to his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
In his message, Sisi expressed heartfelt sympathy to the leadership and people of Azerbaijan following the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane.
The president conveyed his prayers for the victims, asking God to grant them mercy and to provide their families with patience and solace.
He also wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
