"In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
The Great and Honorable People of Egypt,
Days and years pass along mesmerizing events and memories that people and successive generations take pride in. The history of Egypt is but filled with glory shaping the present and inspiring the future. The 23rd of July 1952 marks an unforgettable insignia and an emblem of all pride. This year we celebrate the 68th anniversary of a glorious revolution fragranced with specks of struggle and breezes of freedom. It is indeed a reminder of a robust homegrown resolute. While remembering the day, we never fail to enkindle an unflinching determination, will, and assertion that serves as a beacon for hopes and aspirations of a splendid future for the people and generations to follow. Generations only entitled to a dignified life engulfed within a thriving homeland.

Dear People of Egypt,
The world at large fell oblivious to the fact that the spark of the 23rd of July will not overwhelm Egypt solely but rather would expand to shine brightly over the African continent and the Arab Region altogether. No one realized that it will be the dawn of a new historic epoch heralding a new destiny pivoted on unyielding resolute seeking freedom of nations. That day was a springboard for all African and Arab movements of freedom guided by the nascent Egyptian revolution and supported by peoples thirsty for liberty and independence.
Days that followed stood witness to the loftiness of the Revolution goals based on an ever-pulsing Egyptian nation. Hail be to the Late President “Mohamed Naguib” the luminous symbol of the Revolution and hail be to the Leader of the Revolution the omnipresent “Gamal Abdul Nasser”
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Engrossed in the spirit of the Revolution and guided by the associated sublime goals, we forge ahead to realize a full-fledged developmental vision, an epic journey of mega national projects to build a robust homeland. Values of science and hard work are deeply instilled to counteract looming challenges pivoted on a grandiose heritage to turn aspirations into facts.
The Great People of Egypt,
Bearing the same resemblance of the July Revolution generation predestined by God to bring about freedom; this generation is also predestined to counter challenges overshadowing Egypt and threats jeopardizing our national security rendering us steadfastness to maintain our rights and achievements; never to fail to close ranks. You probably all know about the gravity and exigency of the situation demanding a united front on the part of all Egyptians. This is but the only road to surmount plights and sustain peace and security. It is the only road to preserve a safe and stable homeland resting on values of cooperation, reconstruction, and peace. Such principles constitute the dogma and faith of Egypt that are based on the respect for the other and the prevention of conflicts. Nonetheless, Egypt is capable at times of need to protect its rights and historic gains.

To conclude, I honestly say that the Egyptian people's remarkable capacity of judgment and comprehension backed by a profound heritage and a solid civilization never fails to realize the aspired goals and attain its righteous place to secure a present and a future marked with the same sublimity of the past.
