President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said, on Monday, that the graduation ceremony of military academies’ cadets represents one of Egypt glorious days, noting that the ceremony coincides with the anniversary of July 23rd revolution.
In his speech during the graduation ceremony of military academies’ cadets at the headquarters of the Egyptian Military Academy in Cairo, the president added that July 23rd revolution has changed life in Egypt, accomplished great achievements and made a profound shift in Egypt’s modern history as a new phase has started to continue construction and progress.
He pointed out that the influence of July 23rd revolution extended to other peoples who were seeking freedom and independence, and ending the colonial period.
El Sisi also paid tribute to late presidents, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Anwar Al Sadat, and Mohamed Naguib.
On the other hand, the Egyptian head of state said: ”We have adopted an ambitious plan for comprehensive economic reform basing mainly on the development of the Egyptian economy, increasing production and investment.”
Noteworthy, El Sisi attended the graduation ceremony of military academies’ cadets at the headquarters of the Egyptian Military Academy in Cairo.
Upon his arrival, El Sisi was received by Minister of Defence and Military Production Mohamed Zaki and Army Chief-of-Staff Mohamed Farid.
During the ceremony, the graduates performed part of the exercises and training they received while studying. Later, the military band performed a number of national songs.
The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of ministers, military leaders, and senior state officials.
