President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that Egypt incurred a cost of EGP 100 billion in the war on terrorism, adding: "These are huge figures, and their repercussions and impact continue for a long period."
During his speech at the Armed Forces Cultural Symposium, Sisi added, "Despite the difficult circumstances and harsh conditions, they [the people] have the heart and the will for change... and there is a serious attempt to overcome this."
