President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday directed the government, bodies concerned, and civil society organizations to launch the second phase of Hayah Karima (A Decent Life) initiative.
The second phase will target 50 districts across the country with a total of 1,381 villages, according to a post published on social media by the president.
