President Abdel Fattah El Sisi congratulated on Tuesday his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni on his re-election victory, according to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.
In a cable, the president extended his best wishes to the re-elected president, noting that he eyed further cooperation to achieve the aspirations of the peoples of both countries.
He also wished the Ugandan people further development, progress, and prosperity.
