Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has sent a congratulatory message to Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on the occasion of the Philippines’ Independence Day.
According to an official statement, President El-Sisi extended his best wishes to President Marcos and the people of the Philippines as the country commemorates its national independence anniversary.
As part of the celebrations, the Egyptian president delegated Mohamed Adel Mokhtar, Secretary at the Presidency, to visit the Philippine Embassy in Cairo and convey Egypt’s congratulations on the occasion.
