In another humanitarian gesture, Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended the wedding ceremony of Hanan Abdul Rahman, daughter of his late friend, who passed away a few years ago, and signed the marriage contract.
The president was keen to share the girl her happiness on this special day to compensate her for the loss of her father.
The wedding ceremony was attended by Egypt's First Lady Entissar El-Sisi, Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli as well as a limited number of the bride and groom's family members and close friends, amid a full commitment to the nation's COVID-19 precautionary measures.
