President Abdel Fattah El Sisi attended on Monday the graduation ceremony of military academies’ cadets at the headquarters of the Egyptian Military Academy in Cairo.
Upon his arrival, El Sisi was received by Minister of Defence and Military Production Mohamed Zaki and Army Chief-of-Staff Mohamed Farid.
During the ceremony, the graduates performed part of the exercises and training they received while studying. Later, the military band performed a number of national songs.
The president granted the second-class medal of military duty to top students in recognition of their sincere efforts.The graduates took the oath of enlistment.
The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of ministers, military leaders, and senior state officials.
The graduates were cadets at the Military Academy, the Air Defence Academy, the Naval Academy, the Military Technical College, and the Technical Institute for Military Forces.

Police Cadets’ Graduation Ceremony
Egypt’s head of state attended on Saturday the graduation ceremony of a new batch of police cadets at the premises of the Police Academy in New Cairo district.
At the ceremony, El Sisi honoured the families of police martyrs.
Police students performed a show displaying tactical movements and security crackdowns using a replica depicting crime scenes and police stations.
A number of the martyrs' children delivered speeches at the graduation ceremony, during which they vowed to continue the march of their fathers in defending the homeland.
