Egyptian Foreign Minister (FM) Sameh Shoukry held a phone call on Sunday with his Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani to discuss developments in the Gaza Strip.
In a tweet on the "X" platform (formerly Twitter), the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ahmed Abu Zeid, said: "Joint Arab coordination to reduce escalation and work to contain the current crisis."
