The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that seven people were killed and 30 others wounded in airstrikes carried out by the Israeli army on several towns in southern Lebanon.
The ministry explained that Israeli aircraft conducted a firestorm targeting the town of Jouaya in the Tyre district, resulting in an initial toll of three dead and 16 wounded. It noted that rescue and debris removal operations are still ongoing.
The ministry also reported that two people were killed and six others wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting the town of Tibnin in the Bint Jbeil district.
In the town of Yahmor al-Shaqif in the Nabatieh district, two people were killed and eight others, including three Syrian children, were wounded in an Israeli bombing that targeted a poultry farm in the town, according to another statement issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Health, as reported by Anadolu Agency.
