Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of settlers infiltrated Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Moroccan Gate. They conducted provocative tours within its courtyards and performed Talmudic rituals.
In addition, the Israeli police, stationed at the gates of the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, prevented Palestinians from entering. This led to a noticeable decrease in the number of worshippers at the site.
