Mr. Dejan Ristic, Serbian Minister of Information and Communications, and Ambassador Miroslav Šestovic, Serbian Ambassador to Egypt visited The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat on the sidelines of their participate in the activities of the Egyptian-Serbian Business Forum.
They were received by Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, CEO of the Museum Authority, who welcomed them and gave them an overview of the museum’s unique location, its history, and its cultural and societal role. Dr. Ghoneim gave the Serbian Minister of Information and Communications the catalog of royal mummies, an icon of the museum’s exhibits.
During their tour inside the museum, Mr. Dejan Ristic expressed his great admiration for the museum, which highlights Egypt’s cultural status through the archaeological treasures.
