Selena Gomez, Coldplay Collab on Single "Let Somebody Go"

British band Coldplay is collaborating with American singer-actress Selena Gomez on a new single for their upcoming album, "Music of the Spheres".

The "Only Murders in the Building" star took to Twitter on Monday to announce that she and the British band have combined forces on a new single "Let Somebody Go". She also shared a snippet of the single.

The song is the latest release for Gomez, who is currently starring in Hulu's "Only Murders in the Building" alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short.

"Let Somebody Go" comes on the heels of Coldplay's collaboration with BTS, "My Universe".

Both tracks will be featured on the band's ninth studio album, which is set for release on Oct. 15.
