SEENews conducted a poll on Monday seeking selecting one person for the Best Spokesperson in 2019 Award. The award went to Hany Younes, the media advisor of the Egyptian Cabinet.

Younes secured 68 percent of the total votes which reached more than 4000, according to two polls carried out on Facebook and Twitter.

However, after analyzing the votes which obtained by the other contenders, SEENews figured out that Counselor Ahmed Hafez, the official spokesperson of the ministry of foreign affairs, received more than 1300 votes, most of them came from foreign countries; mainly from Palestine.
