The Wuhan Health Commission has requisitioned more than 10,000 beds from 24 hospitals to be used to treat confirmed and suspected coronavirus cases.

Washington state will monitor more people who may have had close contact with a US coronavirus patient

Health officials in Washington state added seven inpiduals Friday to the list of people they are monitoring for possible exposure to Wuhan coronavirus.

The Washington Department of Health said Friday afternoon a total of 50 people are being monitored due to potential close contact with the Snohomish County man who was diagnosed with coronavirus after returning home from China. That’s up from 43 the day before. ( CNN)

34 US service members diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries after the Iranian missile strike

Thirty-four US service members have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries following the Iranian missile attack on US forces in Iraq earlier this month, Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman said Friday.

Seventeen service members who were injured have since returned to duty in Iraq, sixteen of whom were treated locally in the country. (CNN)
