Next Monday, Editor-in-Chief of Sada ElBalad English (SEE) Mohamed Wadie will take part in a virtual symposium entitled "Egypt's Growing role in Africa: Between Diplomacy and Defense."
The symposium will be hosted by The Washington Outsider and Scarb Rising. Inc. Editor-in-Chief of The Washington Outsider and President of Scarb Rising. Inc. Irina Tsukerman will preside over the talks.
During the talks, Wadie and Former Deputy/Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East Simon Ledeen will talk about Egypt's new assertive foreign policy in Africa and beyond, as well as its responses to perse security and defense challenges, Tsukerman revealed on her Twitter account.
