Studying for schools and Azhar institutes in Alexandria will be suspended for today, Wednesday, only due to the unstable weather.
The decision was issued by Governor Mohamed Al-Sharif as the governorate would see a harsh spell of unstable weather.
It is expected that Alexandria would see heavy rain throughout the day, therefore, Al Sharif directed all institutions and departments in Alexandria to be ready in case the rain caused any traffic issues.
In addition, he directed officials to observe the traffic on all roads in Alexandria, and examine any complaints by the citizens regarding rain.
Therefore, Al Sharif urged citizens to be safe and follow the rules of safety such as staying away from any hanging signs, lamps, and electrical resources, in addition, to stoping any direct connection with any metal surfaces during rain and lightening.
