She received the Best Actress Award at the 34th Cairo International Film Festival. Badr was cast to play Nefertiti in Shady Abdel Salaam’s film about Akhnaton, though the great director passed away before finishing the movie.
In 2019, Badr starred in a new TV series “Khatt El Eid”, which was produced by Synergy.
The series –consists of 45 episodes— also stars Ahmed Rizk, Eman Elassi, Yosra El Lozy, Myrna Nour El Din, Khalid Kamal Yaseen, Mohamed Hatem, and others.
