Sawiris to Launch Zed East in New Cairo

After the success of the Zed West in Sheikh Zayed, Ora Developers announced new developments related to the "Zed East" project in New Cairo, in addition to the upcoming activities and sports facilities.

This came during a conference chaired by businessman Naguib Sawiris, CEO of Ora International, and Wafaa Latif, Vice Chairman of Ora, in the presence of Onsi Sawiris, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zed, along with TV anchor Sief Zaher, football stars Ahmed Hassan, Ahmed Hossam Mido, Emad Muteb, and Mohamed Zaidan.

The "Zed " project in New Cairo, which is built on an area of ​​360 feddans along the 90th Street, offers an integrated project that combines the wide green spaces that represent 176 feddans of the total area to provide various sports and activities, in addition to the advanced residential and commercial units, which were designed and implemented by WATG Consulting.

The project provides a variety of units, including villas, twin houses, townhouses and apartments, in addition to the administrative complex, medical clinics and a sports club based on an area of ​​45 feddans.

The project is expected to achieve huge sales in the first phase, exceeding EGP 1.7 billion, due to the flexible payment plans, which prompted the company to announce its intention to launch a new phase at Cityscape Expo next November.

On his part, Sawiris affirmed, "After the success of the" Zed "project in Sheikh Zayed, we seek to present an integrated project in East New Cairo, which provides what we believe in terms of providing sustainable real estate projects that achieve luxury, innovation and high-level design at the same time. All of our projects are at the best international standards and provide the highest quality through various partnerships with a group of the best designers and international consultants."

Sawiris added, "We seek to achieve a breakthrough in the sports industry in Egypt and that is what we are keen to provide in our various projects. Through the Zed Club and Playgrounds in New Cairo, which is planned to be built on an area of ​​45 feddans, whose membership will be available to the project's clients. We will be able to train and develop young talents in various sports, which include football, swimming and tennis as well as hosting international tournaments to put Egypt on the global sport map. We will also make club membership available to the rest of the inpiduals outside the project next April."

Meantime, the company announced resumption of activities in Zed Park and the reopening of a distinctive entertainment and cultural experience, after a halt that occurred during the pandemic closures to ensure the safety of visitors.

Ora Developers also announced a partnership with Amr Mansi's I-Events to organize and prepare various activities and events in the coming period, presenting the most sought-after entertainment destination in Egypt's Zed Park.

Sawiris also signed a partnership with Redcon Construction and Pioneers of Modern Engineering, in addition to a contract with the British company Mace to manage and oversee project implementation.
