Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received a phone call from U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
During the phone call, they discussed ways to strengthen Saudi-American relations and explored avenues for cooperation in the defense sector.
According to the Saudi Press Agency on Monday, the two officials also reviewed regional developments and ongoing efforts to address them, as well as the shared vision of both countries to support regional and global security and stability.
They further discussed issues of mutual interest.
