A Saudi fighter jet, F-15SA, crashed, killing two members of the crew during a training mission in Dhahran, the Saudi authorities announced on Thursday.
The Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense Brig. Gen. Turki Al-Maliki said that the crash took place at 12:50 pm on Thursday while conducting a regular and routine training mission at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran, Saudi Press Agency reported.
Al-Maliki highlighted that the process of the investigation started to examine the reasons for the accident.
He concluded the statement by praying to the God Almighty to accept them as righteous martyrs and to bestow their families and relatives patience and solace.
