During the call, they reviewed the latest developments regarding the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the United States and Iran, as well as ongoing efforts to reach comprehensive solutions that ensure security and stability in the region.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), both leaders emphasized the vital importance of guaranteeing freedom of navigation and supporting diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions.
The discussion also covered existing areas of joint cooperation between the two nations, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
