The Saudi Civil Defense has warned of moderate to heavy rain in several governorates in the Makkah region, including Taif, Maysan, Adham, Al-Ardiyat, Al-Lith, and Al-Qunfudhah, based on warnings from the National Center of Meteorology.

The Civil Defense indicated that the weather conditions will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, and continue until next Saturday. It emphasized the importance of taking precautions, staying away from floodwaters and valleys, and adhering fully to the announced instructions and guidelines to ensure public safety.

Meanwhile, the National Center of Meteorology warned today of moderate to heavy rainfall in the Jazan region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms in the city of Jazan and the governorates of Al-Harith, Ad-Dayer, Ar-Raith, Al-Aridah, Al-Eidabi, Fifa, Harub, Baish, Ad-Darb, Sabya, Abu Arish, Ahad Al-Masarihah, At-Tuwal, Samtah, Damad, Farasan, and Al-Fatiha.

In a related development, the National Center of Meteorology issued weather warnings for nine regions across the Kingdom, predicting that these conditions will affect visibility and lead to rainfall of varying intensity, strong winds, and dust storms in several locations. These warnings aim to raise the level of preparedness and enhance the public safety of citizens and residents.
