The feud between producer Sarah El Tabakh and her former fiancé Egyptian actor-singer, Mohamed El Sharnouby, has escalated days after he tied the knot to Randa Riad.
El Tabakh issued a statement warning against dealing with El Sharnouby. This move comes after the singer violated the decisions of the Chamber of Cinema Industry and signed with a production company.
The producer's statement stated that the singer signed with a production company for the distribution of his new song "Alby ertah" without her knowledge, despite her being his exclusive agent.
"El Sharnouby signed by himself the song with another company, and when contacting the officials of the company he signed with, they confirmed that he informed them that he had broken the contract, which did not happen, " the statement added.
The statement concluded: "It was necessary to alert companies to what El Sharnouby is doing, out of concern for the interest of the company's rights and the distinguished relationship with various companies."

In 2019, El Tabakh took to social media to announce her engagement to El Sharnouby, soon trouble a rose for the singer as he was brutally cyberbullied right after his engagement announcement.
People also called her names and labeled Sharnouby as a “gold digger” for the 11-year age gap between them, and due to Earth Production company, founded by El Tabakh, were behind his recent work.
He took to Facebook to express his confusion regarding the constant accusations showering him, especially on newspapers and websites.
However, the singer's fans defended him and showered him with their support, expressing how happy they are for him and how cute they look together.

Later on, he claimed that the video posted by El Tabakh, dates back to early 2018 and that they are no longer together.
El Sharnouby broke off the engagement following problems between them, and they were no longer able to work together.
However, the contract is still legally binding him with her company, with a huge penalty fee for the one who breaches it.
He faced another issue as El Tabakh warned production companies from collaborating with him, due to the signed contract between him and her production company to manage his artworks since 2017.
The statement read: “All entertainment production companies must be alerted in order to be informed and be warned from the consequences of negotiating, contracting, or direct agreement with artist El Sharnouby, and the consequences for the emergence of legal issues in case of violation.”
This comes a day after he announced his engagement to Randa Riad, the business manager of renowned Egyptian star, Angham.
He was banned by the Tripartite Commission at the Chamber of Cinema Industry and Musicians’ Syndicate banned from partaking in any artworks until his conflict with El Tabakh was resolved.
On February 16, 2020, the chamber obligated El Sharnouby to stick to the contract with El Tabakh, which he did, clearing the bad blood between them after seven months of conflict.

It is worth mentioning that El Sharnouby, born on January 4, 1995, made his television debut in 2008’s TV series “Wakalat Attieh”, while made his first film appearance the following year in film “Al saffah”. However, he decided to focus more on television drama ever since.
He is best known for his roles in 2017 TV series “La Tottfea AL shms”, in 2016 TV series “Afrah Al Koba”, in 2015 TV series “Al Ahd (El Kalam El Mobah)”, in 2015 TV series “El Boyoot Asrar”, and in 2010 TV series “Qisat Hob”.
El Sharnouby released his first single in 2018 after signing up with Earth Production for music Production and Artist Management, soon, became known for singing his hit song “El Nafseya” which went viral across the country after its debut.
