Samsung amazed the the world on Thursday after discovering information that its next foldable phone (Galaxy Z Flip 5G) will come with one of the company’s most powerful processors.
According to Technical reports on Thursday, that Samsung changed its previous opinion by placing its current processor (Snapdragon 855+) to replace it with a newer and stronger processor (Snapdragon 865).
The next foldable phone will come, with a different concept of folding for the “Fuld” series, with 8 GB of random access memory, while the rest of its specifications have not yet been leaked and nothing related to the price.
Galaxy Z Flip sequel is allegedly in the works that will add 5G connectivity to the foldable phone. But it’s unclear whether Samsung will have any other tricks up its sleeve for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G. And with more foldable phones on the way.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G
According to the rumors published by GSMArena, show that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC and a 6.7" primary AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,636 x 1,080. Meanwhile, the secondary screen will be smaller than the original Flip, but will retain the 300 x 112 pixel resolution. In addition, the selfie camera will be upgraded from 10MP to 12MP and the dual camera unit will now feature a 12MP camera and a 10MP camera.
Meanwhile, we've also recently heard that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has had Bluetooth certification, which is another sign that we'll be seeing it arrive soon.
Also, Samsung are preparing to release the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G have been getting increasingly louder recently, with many industry insiders predicting that we'll see the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G appear alongside the Note 20 series and the Fold 2 at the 5 August event.
Noteworthy, Samsung released Galaxy Watch 3, it will have a physical rotating bezel, a much-liked feature seen on the original Galaxy Watch. There are two Galaxy Watch 3 models listed, the SM-R850 and SM-R840, which fits in with previous rumors stating Samsung would release two different case sizes, believed to be 41mm and 45mm.
It is slated to contain Corning’s Gorilla Glass DX protection with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, and it will also have a heart rate monitor with eight light pulses for reading pulse, blood pressure and ECG, and on an accelerometer and gyroscope as well.
The 41mm watch will also operate with a 247mAh battery, while the 45mm watch will come with a 340mAh battery the clock. The Samsung is likely to unveil the watch next July, ahead of the Galaxy Note 20 series launch in August.
