Selema Gold opens new branch in Cairo

The "Selema Gold" company for manufacturing gold and jewelry opened a new showroom in Cairo, as part of its expansion plan in 2021.

Abdel Aal Selema, a member of the board of directors of the "Selema Gold" company, said that the company was founded in 1968 by the grandfather, and has several branches in Cairo and Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, it also intends to open a new branch in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate by the end of this year.

He pointed out that the company has a network of distributors throughout the country, and it offers a variety of 21-carat and 18-carat gold prices, as well as products of coins and gold bullion.

Abdel Aal Selema noted that the high price of gold has led to the citizens' demand for bullion, for saving and investment.

He pointed out that the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic was positive on the markets, as sales increased during 2020, as a result of the interruption of the economy's movement due to precautionary measures, so people turned to gold as a safe way for saving and preserving the value of their money.

He added that the high price of gold led companies to tend to offer lightweight products in order to meet the needs of citizens.
