Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is so close to reaching another Premier League landmark as his stats are so close to surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo, and Eden Hazard.

According to "The Times," Salah, who made 129 appearances in the Premier League, reached his 83rd goal after converted from a penalty spot in the  opening half of Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Man City.

"The penalty he scored beyond Ederson in the opening half of Sunday’s 1-1 draw was his eighth Premier

League goal in eight matches and his tenth strike in what is proving a productive season," the Times reported.

"It also leaves Salah on the cusp of eclipsing some stellar names in Premier League history," it added.

After reaching his 83rd goal, the Egyptian star needs two goals to surpass Ronaldo's record with Man United, as the Portuguese, who played for the Red Devils from 2003 till 2009, netted 84 goals in 196 caps, 67 more than Salah has played to date.

Salah's stats leave him also 2 goals behind the total of former Chelsea's midfielder Eden Hazard, who netted 85 goals in 245 appearances with the Blues.
