Egypt’s and the Liverpool star Mohamed Salah had not scored in his career against Real Madrid but finally broke his Jinx on Tuesday night.

The Egypt international footballer scored his first career goal against Real Madrid in a crucial moment, finding the net in the 51st minute although Liverpool players bowed 3-1 at Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano.

Meanwhile, Egypt’s forward Salah became the third Egyptian player to score against Los Blancos.

Here's a look through the Egyptian players who have previously scored against Madrid before Salah yesterday's goal.

Ibrahim Hassan

The Egyptian renowned defender Ibrahim Hassan scored a stunning goal against Real Madrid in the 91/92 European Cup.

Egypt’s legend Ibrahim Hassan was the first player of the 1990s to score official goals against Real Madrid when he was among Swiss’s league-best foreign imports at that time and had previously an impressive record at Neuchatel. It would prove to be his last season in Swiss, however, moving on to Egypt in the summer of 1993.

It's worth mentioning that Hassan is the only Egyptian player of the last 30 years to score a Super hat-trick in the European Cup against the Scottish Celtic Football Club. It happened when Neuchatel won 5-1 at the Celtic in January 1992.

Ahmed Hossam Mido

Similarly, Egypt's and Marseille former forward Ahmed Hossam Mido scored against Real Madrid in a UEFA Champions League match in November, in which Marseille lost 2–1.

Responding to his football achievements, Mido said: 'Not many Egyptian players have scored at Europe against Real Madrid'

Later on, Mido started in March 2004 that he may leave Marseille at the end of the 2003–04 season.
