On Saturday, South Korea’s President Yoon Suk-yeol arrived in the UAE on a state visit that will last for several days, and its ceremony will begin tomorrow, Sunday.
Upon his arrival at the presidential airport in Abu Dhabi, Suk-yeol was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and head of the delegation of honor accompanying the guest president, Suhail bin Muhammad Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, the Minister of Culture and Youth, Noura bint Muhammad Al Kaabi, the Minister of Culture and Youth, the Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority, Member of the Executive Council, Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, and Abdullah Saif Al Nuaimi, the UAE Ambassador to Korea.
Emirati warplanes escorted the plane carrying the Korean president as it entered the UAE's airspace, greeting and welcoming the country's guest.
