South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin called on Pyongyang to immediately stop its provocations and make a "bold" choice for a better future, during his visit to Uzbekistan.
Park's call came during a meeting with Uzbek scholars and experts at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent.
Moreover, he expressed regret that North Korea's focus on its nuclear and missile programs came at the expense of its people's livelihood.
