South Korean Defense Minister Suh Wook praised on Saturday the significant development in ties between Seoul and Cairo since President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's visit in 2016.
This came during his meeting with Egypt's Ambassador to S. Korea Hazem Fahmy.
Suh also referred to his country's recent decision to add Egypt in the list of ODA priority partner countries to enhance bilateral cooperation between both countries in various fields, the Foreign Ministry stated in a statement.
Moreover, the minister affirmed that he is looking forward to S.Korean President Moon Jae-in's forthcoming visit to Cairo early next year.
