South Korea and India agreed on Monday to develop bilateral relations by strengthening their special strategic partnership.
In a statement, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Korean First Deputy Foreign Minister Cho Hyung-dong and his Indian counterpart Saurabh Kumar agreed to strengthen relations through cooperation in various fields, including defense, culture, and development aid.
Moreover, both sides stressed that North Korea's provocations pose a security threat to both the region and other parts of the world, underlining the need for a unified and firm response from the international community.
