Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said, on Wednesday, that the United States (US) and Russia are discussing issues around "New START" treaty to limit nuclear weapons via "closed channels."
However, he added that reviewing the decision to suspend participation in the treaty is "not possible" unless US changes its behavior in the Ukraine issue.
On February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the suspension of the treaty, which considered the last existing treaty between Russia and US to limit nuclear arms.
